Car Rental Terms

LICENSE AND AGE
The tenant must have a domestic or valid international driver’s license for A, B, C, D group vehicles during the rental agreement and must be over 25 years old. Also, the driver’s license must be at least 2 years old.

RENTAL PERIOD
The shortest rental period is 24 hours. In case of delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. For delays exceeding 2 hours in total, a full day fee is charged.

PRICES
Prices include lubrication, maintenance, traffic insurance against third parties (within legal policy limits). Fuel belongs to the lessor. Baby seat fee is 5€ per day.

PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT
When picking up the vehicle, cash and the total rental price can be made in any desired currency and the payment can be collected in this way.
Deposit: 100 €
In case of damage to the vehicle, the rental fee is collected from the Customer (Lesser) until the day the vehicle is laid.
The loss of value that will occur in damages is collected from the customer. The calculation is made based on the www.arabam.com value inquiry.

INSURANCE If requested, a daily insurance fee of 10 €
is added for all our vehicles . In case of damage to the vehicles (if there is an insurance) up to 1000 €, if there is no insurance, the customer (lessor) pays the full amount.

TRAFFIC FINES
Traffic fines and parking fees belong to the lessor.
Our vehicles cannot be taken abroad.

FUEL AND OTHER CONDITIONS

  • Fuel level must be delivered as received.
  • Rental is for a maximum of 24 hours for 1 Day.
  • Speed ​​Limits in Turkey: Maximum 110km on highways . A speed of 90km  is allowed on intercity roads   and 50km in urban areas. Obey the PARKING PROHIBITED signs when parking.
  • Traffic fines and legal responsibilities to be applied to movements that may arise from non-compliance with traffic laws and the fault of the tenant belong to the tenant.
  • After the vehicle is left, the traffic fines reaching OUR COMPANY are reflected to the tenant and the relevant amount is collected from the tenant in cash.
  • The time that will pass due to the fact that the vehicles are kept by the official or local authorities for whatever reason is considered within the contract period.
  • In cases of scratches, knocks and damage to the vehicles, a report should be kept and the police should be informed before the vehicle is moved.
